Yes, TheLuxuryUpgrade.com does offer an in-house 1 to 5 year (depending on the watch model) warranty covering non-damage related warranty work. This does not include regular maintenance or wear and tear but does include all watch stated functionality in the listing.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Answer:

No, only residents of Texas pay state sales tax.

Do your watches come with a Factory Warranty?

Answer:

No, as they are pre-owned, unworn stock or custom watches, their Factory Warranty has expired.

Answer:

Yes, our expert gemologists grade and sort in-house prior to crafting your ring or jewelry item.

Do the Fine and Diamond Jewelry items on TheLuxuryUpgrade.com come with a certificate of authenticity from GIA or EGL or other 3rd party grading bodies?

Answer:

No, in order to save you money we have not incurred the additional expense of a 3rd party certification, however our expert gemologists grade and sort in-house prior to crafting your ring or jewelry item and pass on the savings of not getting the jewelry item certified again by that 3rd party, to you.

Can anyone get a ring certified by a 3rd party?

Answer:

Yes, you can pay to have a jewelry item certified and appraised.

How do your fine jewelry items rank on the color and quality scale for diamonds?

Answer:

Our diamonds are between Colorless and Near Colorless on the Color Grading Scale. We also offer the best available diamonds when you select from either of the VS or SI range of quality/clarity on the Quality Grading Scale.

Total side stone carat weight is based on the average of best availability and uniformity of stones as determined by our expert gemologists and may have a small max total variance of up to .05 ct.

If I purchase a ring or jewelry item, will the center stones carat weight always be an exact match with the listing details?

Answer:

Center stone carat weight is based on the best availability as determined by our expert gemologists and may have a small max total variance of up to .01 ct.
